Have you seen my Smedley?

Comfortable on both the plane and walking around Milan, the navy Milo was the perfect shirt for a trip to see my nephews in Italy.

My brother-in-law and sister-in-law were both suitably impressed by the quality, colour and fit. They are both in the fashion industry (design and manufacturing) and so I knew I’d made a good investment.

On returning back to England however, and following its first wash, my Milo was never to be worn again. It was last seen drying flat on a chair. The explanation is that it got mixed up with the charity pile!

I now occasionally think about someone not quite believing their luck as they chance across a barely worn Smedley on a rack in a charity shop!

Luckily I’ve got a few other Smedleys to wear for my next trip to Italy.
