Love brought them together (with a little help from John Smedley)

Once a upon a time, there was a lass from the Black Country who enjoyed knitting and appreciated quality knitwear. She worked in a humdrum office. There was a glimmer of a bright world in the office thanks to the sight of John Smedley knitwear worn by a talented typographer.

The typographer was very cute and had a definite sparkle about him. The bashful Black Country lass found it hard to strike up conversation with him expect for asking him whether he was wearing a John Smedley item that day.

She’d wear her John Smedley cardigans and jumpers to the office, hoping he’d notice her knitwear too.

He did. They now live together and have knitwear frenzies courtesy of John Smedley.
