Family Tree

I believe my great grandfather Frank Smedley is part of the Smedley family, moving to Victoria British Columbia Canada in the early 1900’s.

Our family has never had any contact from our relatives in England, or vice versa. I do remember my grandfather buying me a sweater for one of my earlier birthdays, and my grandmother telling me how it was a smedley sweater, and was made by her family.

I’ve allways wondered about that, and also how family’s lose touch. Like part of a tree that blows in a fall wind.
