You must own the copyright to any images you submit. Images should be a maximum size of 470px wide.

By submitting your story, you give John Smedley permission to use your images and text on this website and in any other marketing materials, printed or digital. If your story is published, you will receive your 10% discount code via email. The next prize draw will take place on 1st March 2010 and the winner will be notified by email. There is one prize of £225 online vouchers to be won.

This prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 16 or over except for employees of John Smedley, their families, agencies or any other company directly connected with the administration of this promotion.
